Each product page and the checkout show the estimated delivery time for your country.
Outside the United States
Import duties, customs fees and any taxes not charged at checkout may be payable on arrival. They're set by your destination and aren't included in the product or delivery price.
Tracking your package
When the carrier provides tracking, your order page links to it.
Changing your address
Get in touch before it ships, with your order reference. Once a package has left, address changes depend on the carrier.
Returns
Start a return within 30 days of delivery and send the piece back unworn, unmarked and in its original packaging. You can check the fit carefully, but avoid bending the strap around the buckle until you're sure.
Return shipping and refunds
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Pack the piece in its original packaging inside a protective outer box and keep proof of shipment until the return is complete.
Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank may take a few days to show the funds.
Ordered the wrong width?
Start a return and choose "Wrong size" as the reason. For the quickest swap, order the right width straight away. The fit guide shows how to measure your lugs.

Can I change my order?
Contact us with your order reference as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before it ships. Once a package has left, a return is the clearest route.
Can I return a strap after trying it?
You can check the fit carefully, but return it unworn, unmarked and with its original packaging. Start the return within 30 days of delivery.
