Terms of purchase
The essentials of buying from Strapello, from choosing a strap to sending one back.
01Products and compatibility
Read the selected size, material, color and compatibility information before ordering. A model name alone doesn't guarantee a fit: check the exact watch reference and lug width. Leather grain and color vary, and screens show colors differently.
02Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The order summary shows the item subtotal and the delivery charge before you confirm. Import duties and destination fees outside the US are not included.
03Availability and delivery
A variant must be available before it can be added to the bag. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs checks, local holidays and carrier disruption may extend transit time.
04Returns and condition
The return window is 30 days from delivery. Pieces should be unworn and unmarked, with their original packaging. A careful fit check is fine; extended wear or damage may affect return eligibility. See delivery and returns for the full process.
05Faults and support
If a piece arrives damaged or incorrect, keep its packaging and contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
06Care and fitting
Use the correct width and check that both spring bars are firmly seated before wearing your watch. If you're unsure about fitting, ask a qualified watchmaker. Water resistance is a property of the watch itself: a water-friendly strap does not make a watch waterproof.
