Bands for WHOOP in stretch nylon, ribbed silicone and a full-cover wrist or bicep fit. WHOOP 5.0 and MG are smaller than the 4.0, so each band is made for particular sensors: pick yours on the band's page, slide the sensor in and close the band. 14 bands; your sensor isn't included.

WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG arrived in May 2025, 7% smaller than the 4.0, and WHOOP made a smaller slider to hold them. That's why 4.0 bands don't fit the newer sensors, and why every band here lists the sensors it holds in its Sensor option. The Rep comes in 5.0, 4.0 and 3.0 versions. The Interval holds a 5.0. The Guard and The Wrap take a 5.0 or an MG. If you're not sure which one you have, the device section of the WHOOP app shows the model.
WHOOP MG takes ECG and Heart Screener readings through the conductive clasp on WHOOP's own MG bands. In our bands an MG sensor still tracks strain, sleep and recovery, but don't count on ECG readings through them: keep a WHOOP MG band for the days you want one.
Stretch nylon is the everyday pick: soft, light and quick to dry, with about 1.2 in (30 mm) of give, so The Interval and The Rep fit wrists from 5.9 to 8.7 in (150 to 220 mm). Ribbed silicone shrugs off sweat and rinses clean, which makes The Guard the one for hard training; it closes with a metal stud through a row of slots, with a keeper for the tail. The Wrap is a full-cover nylon band with a hook-and-loop tab, in a wrist fit or a longer bicep fit for lifting, boxing and any sport where a band on your wrist gets knocked.
Each band holds the sensor in a slider or frame of its own. Slide the sensor in until it sits flat, put the band on with the sensor on top of your wrist, and close it snug enough that the sensor doesn't move around: it reads best when it stays in place. Moving the sensor from one band to another takes seconds, so you can keep one band for training and one for everything else.
Delivery is $6.95, or free on orders over $49. US delivery takes 7 to 16 days. You can return an unworn band in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. See delivery and returns for the steps.

No. WHOOP 5.0 and MG are smaller than the 4.0, so WHOOP gave them a smaller slider, and a 4.0 band won't hold them. Pick your sensor in the Sensor option on each band's page.
Don't count on it. ECG and Heart Screener readings need the conductive clasp on WHOOP's own MG bands. In our bands an MG sensor still tracks strain, sleep and recovery; switch to a WHOOP MG band when you want an ECG.
No, these are bands only. Your sensor moves over from the band you wear now in a few seconds.
The wrist is the everyday spot. A bicep band moves the sensor out of the way for lifting, boxing, climbing and any sport where a band on your wrist gets knocked. The Wrap comes in a wrist fit and a longer bicep fit.
No. They're our own bands, made to fit WHOOP sensors. WHOOP doesn't make or endorse them.
