The Woven Nylon NATO Watch Strap is a woven nylon watch band with a black metal ring buckle. It threads under the spring bars and back over the wrist, the classic pass-through layout that keeps the watch on your arm even if one spring bar lets go. The nylon is soft enough to sit flat on the wrist from the first wear, and the weave gives it a matte, low-glare look that suits field watches, dive watches and everyday pieces alike.
The strap is unisex and works on traditional watches with standard spring bar lugs. Spring bars come in the box, so you do not need to source your own before you fit it.
Four lug widths cover most watches. Measure the distance between your watch's lugs, then match it to the table below.
Lug width
---
18 mm
20 mm
22 mm
24 mm
A strap that is too wide will not fit between the lugs. A strap that is too narrow will slide and leave a gap. When you are between two sizes, go with the exact measurement of your watch rather than guessing.
Ten options, from plain to striped:
The solid colors keep things quiet and let the watch face carry the look. The stripes add a bit of color without changing the shape or the fit, so you can swap between them on the same watch whenever you want a different mood.
Fitting takes a few minutes and no special skill.
The pass-through design means the strap sits between your wrist and the case. That adds a thin layer of nylon under the watch, which some wearers find more comfortable on warm days. The black ring buckle keeps the tail flat and out of the way once you have set the length.
If you swap straps often, keep a spring bar tool nearby and the change takes under a minute.
Wipe the nylon with a damp cloth and let it air dry fully before you wear it again. Keep it away from water, including pools, hot tubs and salt water, since soaking can break down the weave over time. Avoid harsh cleaners and machine washing. If the strap gets dirty, a little mild soap on a damp cloth is enough, then rinse the cloth and wipe again.
Check the spring bars every few months. They are the part that holds the watch to your wrist, and they wear out faster than the nylon does. If a bar looks bent or feels loose, replace it.
A nylon NATO strap is one of the simplest ways to change how a watch wears. It is light, it wipes clean, and it costs far less than a metal bracelet. With four lug widths and ten color options, you can set up one watch for the office and another for the trail, or keep a spare in a drawer for the day a band gives out. The included spring bars mean you can fit it the same day it arrives.
Measure the distance between your watch's lugs and match it to 18 mm, 20 mm, 22 mm or 24 mm. If the strap is too wide it will not fit, and if it is too narrow it will slide.
Yes. Spring bars are included with the strap, so you can fit it without buying extra hardware.
Wipe it clean and keep it away from water. Soaking in pools, hot tubs or salt water can break down the nylon over time.
Beige, black, navy, army green, gray, orange, red, black and gray stripe, blue, white and red stripe, and black and orange stripe.
