The Orbit is a soft silicone band with magnets set inside the strap and a connector at each end that locks into the watch. It has no buckle and no holes. The two halves overlap on top of your wrist and the magnets pull them together, so the length is simply how far you overlap them. To take it off, lift the free end and the magnets let go, which works with one hand. The matte surface carries a molded link pattern that gives the band some of the look of a link bracelet, while it stays light and flexible enough to wear all day.
Three colors are two-tone, with a different color on the side that sits against your skin. Black/Orange is black on the outside with a bright orange lining, Starlight/Orange puts the same orange inside a warm, pale gray, and Pink is a soft blush pink over a deeper rose lining. The other four are a single color: Black, Starlight in that same pale gray, a deep Navy Blue, and a dark burgundy Wine Red.
The connectors are silver on Black, Black/Orange, Navy Blue, Wine Red and Pink, and black on Starlight and Starlight/Orange. Each color comes in all four fits.
Recent Galaxy Watch models use three different band connections, and a band only fits the watches it was made for. The Orbit comes in four fits for the two newest connections:
The Watch8, Watch8 Classic and Watch9 share one connector, and Samsung lists Watch8 bands as a match for the Watch9, which keeps the same 40 and 44 mm case sizes. The Galaxy Watch Ultra line has a connector of its own, shared by the 2024 and 2025 Ultra and the Ultra2, and the 2025 Ultra is the same watch as the 2024 model. The end pieces of each fit are shaped for that case, so choose the one for your exact model and size. Both are printed on the back of the watch.
The Orbit does not fit the Galaxy Watch4, Watch5, Watch6, Watch7 or Watch FE. Those models take standard 20 mm quick-release bands. Our Galaxy Watch bands page lists every model with the band it takes.
Lay the watch face down on a soft cloth. Take the old band off, then press each Orbit connector into the watch until it locks in place. Give each half a gentle tug to make sure it is locked before you put the watch on.
To close the band, wrap it around your wrist, lay the free end over the other half and let the magnets pull it flat. Slide the end along to make the band tighter or looser. With no holes to line up, you can stop at any point, so the fit does not jump in steps the way a buckle band does. A good fit keeps the watch still on top of your wrist with room for a fingertip underneath. For a run or a gym session, close it a touch snugger so the watch does not slide around on your wrist.
If you are not sure how your wrist measures up, our fit guide shows how to measure it with a strip of paper.
Silicone takes sweat, rain and workouts in stride. After exercise, sunscreen or salt water, rinse the band in fresh water, wash it with a drop of mild soap if it needs it, and pat it dry, the connectors included. Matte silicone can pick up lint and dust; a damp cloth lifts it off. Keep the magnets away from bank cards and hotel key cards with magnetic stripes. Water resistance belongs to the watch, not the band, so follow your watch's own rating before you swim with it.
Delivery is $6.95, or free on orders over $49. The delivery time for your country shows on each product page and at checkout.
You can return an unworn band in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Read the full terms on our delivery and returns page.
Pick by model and case size. Watch8/9 40 is for a 40 mm Watch8 or Watch9 and Watch8/9 44 for the 44 mm. 8 Classic 46 is for the Watch8 Classic, and Ultra 47 is for any Galaxy Watch Ultra, the Ultra2 included. The model and size are printed on the back of your watch.
No. The Watch4, Watch5, Watch6, Watch7 and Watch FE take standard 20 mm quick-release bands, while The Orbit is made for the newer connectors of the Watch8 series, the Watch9 and the Watch Ultra. For an older watch, look for a 20 mm band instead.
Magnets sit inside the strap. Lay the free end over the other half and they pull together and lie flat. Slide the end along to make the band tighter or looser. There are no holes, so you can stop at any point, and lifting the free end opens it again.
Yes. The 2025 Galaxy Watch Ultra is the same 47 mm watch as the 2024 model, and Samsung lists bands made for the Ultra as compatible with the Watch Ultra2. One Ultra 47 band fits all three.
Silicone is fine with water and sweat. Rinse it in fresh water after chlorine or salt water and let it dry. How deep you can take the watch itself depends on the watch's own water rating, so check that before you swim.
