The Rep is a loop of soft, stretchy woven nylon made for WHOOP sensors. It holds the sensor with a black slider and a black clasp that are part of the band itself, the same slider-and-clasp setup WHOOP uses on its own bands. Your sensor slides in, the clasp hooks over it, and that is the whole setup.
That is what the "NO Frame" label on the color photos means. Many WHOOP bands from other makers hold the sensor in a separate metal frame that clips around it. The Rep doesn't need one, so there is no frame to fit, no extra part to lose and nothing else to buy. The band and your sensor are all you need.
The nylon is woven to stretch, so the band gives a little as your wrist flexes and stays soft against your skin through long days, workouts and nights. The open weave lets air through, and the band is light on the wrist.
The Rep comes in nine colors: Black, White, Denim Blue, Charcoal, Olive, Indigo, Stone, Midnight Blue and Starlight. Charcoal is made for the WHOOP 4.0 and 3.0 sliders only; the other eight colors come in all three versions.
WHOOP has changed the size of its sensor between generations, and the slider has to match the sensor it holds. That is why the Rep is made in three versions, and why you choose WHOOP 5.0, WHOOP 4.0 or WHOOP 3.0 under Sensor before you order.
The versions are not interchangeable. WHOOP itself says its 4.0 bands don't fit the 5.0 and MG sensors, because the newer sensors are smaller, and the same goes for the Rep: a version made for one generation won't hold another generation's sensor securely.
The Rep is listed for WHOOP 5.0, 4.0 and 3.0. If you wear a WHOOP MG, choose one of the bands listed for MG on our WHOOP bands page.
Slide your sensor into the black slider on the band. Wrap the band around your wrist with the sensor on top, then hook the black clasp over the sensor to close the loop. To change bands, unhook the clasp and slide the sensor out. No tools needed.
One size fits wrists 5.9 to 8.7 in (150 to 220 mm), with about 1.2 in (30 mm) of stretch in the weave. If you're not sure where your wrist falls in that range, our fit guide shows how to measure it.
Wear it snug but not tight. The sensor should sit flat on top of your wrist without sliding around, and the band shouldn't leave deep marks. The stretch makes that easy to get right, since the band gives a little when you flex your wrist or grip a bar.
Take the sensor out before you wash the band. Hand wash it in warm water with a little mild soap, rinse well, press the water out with a towel and let it air dry flat. Skip the washing machine and the dryer, as heat is hard on the stretch in the weave.
Nylon handles sweat, rain and showers, but it holds water longer than silicone. Rinse it in fresh water after salt water or a pool. If you train most days, two bands in rotation let one dry while you wear the other.
Delivery is $6.95, or free on orders over $49. The delivery time for your country shows on each product page and at checkout.
You can return an unworn band in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. The full terms are on our delivery and returns page.
No. The sensor slides into the band's own slider and the clasp hooks over it, so the band and your sensor are all you need. The "NO Frame" label on the photos says exactly that: there is no metal frame to buy or fit.
Each WHOOP generation is a different size, so each version of the Rep has a slider made for that sensor. A version made for one generation won't hold another generation's sensor securely. Choose the one you wear under Sensor.
One size fits wrists 5.9 to 8.7 in (150 to 220 mm), with about 1.2 in (30 mm) of stretch in the weave. Wear it snug, with the sensor flat on top of your wrist.
We list the Rep for WHOOP 5.0, 4.0 and 3.0 only. For an MG sensor, choose a band listed for MG, such as The Guard. Keep in mind that the ECG and Heart Screener readings on MG need the conductive clasp of WHOOP's own MG bands, so take those with your WHOOP band.
Nylon handles sweat, showers and a swim, but it stays damp longer than silicone. Rinse it in fresh water after a pool or salt water and let it dry flat. For how your sensor handles water, go by WHOOP's own guidance.
