The Current Silicone Galaxy Band

What it is

The Current is a silicone watch band built for the Galaxy Watch 8. Silicone stays soft against the wrist through long days, workouts and warm weather. The band has a smooth finish that wipes clean in seconds, and a pin buckle that holds the strap at the length you set. It is unisex, so the same band works on any wrist.

The band is made to fit the watch case, not to sit near it. The ends meet the lugs cleanly, so the band looks like part of the watch rather than an add-on.

Sizes

Pick the case size that matches your Galaxy Watch 8. The band is shaped for each case, so the fit is right when the numbers match.

If you are not sure which case you have, check the back of the watch. The size is printed there. When in doubt, the 44 mm band will not fit a 40 mm case, so match the number you see.

How to fit it

1. Slide the band ends into the watch lugs until they click or seat fully.
2. Try the watch on and find your spot on the strap.
3. Push the pin through the hole and close the buckle.
4. Tug gently on the band to confirm it is secure before you wear it out.

To remove the band, press the release on the watch case and slide the band out. The pin buckle lets you adjust the fit in small steps, so you can wear the watch snug for training or a little looser for the day.

Care

Wipe the band with a soft, damp cloth and dry it right away. Keep it away from water, including pools, showers and the ocean. Silicone does not need polish or conditioner. If the band picks up dust or lotion, a quick wipe brings it back. Store the watch and band away from direct sun when you are not wearing them.
