How to fit and wear it

Choose the size that matches your device: Whoop 5.0 or Whoop 5.0 MG.
Slide the sensor into the band so it sits flat against your skin.
Position the band on your arm where it feels secure and comfortable.
Thread the strap through the black metal hook and loop buckle.
Pull until the band sits snug but not tight, then press the hook and loop together.
Check the sensor contact. It should rest flat and stay in place when you move your arm.

A snug fit keeps the band from sliding during lifts, runs and swings. If it shifts, tighten it a little. If it leaves deep marks, loosen it slightly. The hook and loop buckle makes small adjustments easy, so you can fine tune the fit before a workout and after.

Care

Wipe the band clean with a damp cloth, then let it air dry. Keep it away from water. Do not soak it, machine wash it or wear it in the pool, shower or ocean. Water can break down the nylon over time and weaken the hook and loop closure.

When you are not wearing the band, store it flat or loosely coiled in a dry place. Avoid leaving it in direct sun for long periods, which can fade the color. With simple care, the nylon and the buckle hold up well through regular training.
