This is a simple swap. Slide your Whoop 4.0 or 5.0 sensor into the band and wear it as usual. The silicone wipes clean after a workout, and the colors let you match your band to your day.

Sizes and fit

The band is made for two devices. Pick the option that matches your Whoop.

One band fits both devices, so you do not need to measure your wrist or choose a length. If you own a Whoop 4.0 and later move to a 5.0, the same band works on both.

How to fit and use it

Remove your current band from the Whoop sensor.
Slide the sensor into the Flex Loop band.
Put the band on your wrist and close the pin buckle.
Adjust the fit so the sensor sits flat against your skin.

A snug but comfortable fit gives the sensor steady contact. The pin buckle keeps the band secure during runs, lifts and daily wear. Keep the band away from water, including pools and showers, so the silicone stays in good shape. Wear it on the same wrist you normally use so your data stays consistent.

Care
