The Stretch Nylon Whoop Band

The Stretch Nylon Whoop Band is a replacement band for your Whoop. The material is woven nylon, so the surface stays smooth against your skin and the weave lets air pass through. It has a light stretch that follows your wrist instead of pinching it. The band is unisex and works for anyone who wants a simple, low-profile strap for training, sleep or everyday wear.

Sizes and fit

The band is 24 mm wide and 8.7 in (220 mm) long. It fits wrists from 5.9 to 8.7 in (150 to 220 mm). Pick the size that matches your device.

To check your wrist, wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around your wrist where you normally wear your Whoop. Note the length in inches or millimeters and compare it to the range above. If you are between sizes, the stretch in the weave gives you some room either way.

Colors

There are eight colors: Black, Midnight blue, Gray, Starlight, Gray black, Army green, Arrow green and Pink. Black and Gray black are the quiet options for the gym. Midnight blue and Gray sit in the middle. Starlight is a light neutral. Army green and Arrow green bring a bit of color without shouting. Pink is the brightest of the set. Each color is the same woven nylon build, so the choice is only about the look you want on your wrist.

How to fit and use it

1. Slide the band onto your Whoop device the same way your current band attaches.
2. Put the band on your wrist and set it snug but not tight. You should be able to slide one finger under it.
3. Wear it as you normally wear your Whoop, for training, sleep or the rest of your day.
4. Check the fit after a few minutes. The nylon weave softens with body heat and settles against the wrist.

The band is made for regular wear. It is not meant for swimming or for leaving on in the shower. Keep it away from water to protect the weave and the fit.

Care

Wipe the band clean with a soft, damp cloth, then let it air dry fully before you wear it again. Keep it away from water, including pools, showers and long soaks. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. If the band gets sweaty after a workout, a quick wipe is enough for most days. Store it flat or loosely coiled when you swap it out, so the weave keeps its shape.
